Description

This role is responsible for providing customer service to customers in Old Mutual branches. The primary function is to assist customers in navigating the digital customer service platform and to help them submit specified transactions via digital platforms. This position is a 3-month contract and will also assist with managing queues to reduce pressure on Branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers using digitally enabled devices (their own or the branch's) to complete their requested transactions
• Provide reading information and self-service guidance to customers
• Guide customers through the digital submission process

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) or Equivalent
